GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE ONYOU.IT WEBSITE
The General Conditions outlined herein establish the means and terms according to which the company COLLADON S.N.C. DI ANTONIO E NICOLA (hereinafter also referred to as “the Company”) supplies its products to Customers. The Company is a firm operating in the retail sales sector (specifically, through special forms of sale, headquartered in Arzignano (Vicenza), in Piazza della Libertà n.4, TIN and VAT no. 00161840244, tel. 0444 673095).
1. Definition and efficacy of the contract
The offers proposed under the present conditions are to be applied to end consumers only. The Customer, therefore, must be the end consumer, with the exclusion of any kind of professional users, resellers or professionals in general. The contract is valid and effective from the date on which the Customer receives notification of acceptance from the Company of the order. The Company shall provide the Customer with timely notification of acceptance, generally via e-mail.
Payment shall be made in advance, using the methods and procedures indicated in the appropriate section of the website. Payment must be made before the goods can be sent to the Customer.
3. Delivery of the product
The product shall be sent to the Customer at the address indicated via carrier/courier engaged for the purpose by the Company. Transport costs shall be indicated on the order.
The Customer shall be entitled to the legal guarantees provided for under chapter I of Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). In the event of nonconformities regarding the goods received, the Customer must send an e-mail to email@example.com (or call +39 0444 673095) and provide as exhaustive a description as possible of the nonconformity found. Should it be necessary to replace the product, said product must in all cases be accompanied by the documentation required as proof of the transaction conducted with the Company.
Notwithstanding the above, the guarantee shall not be held as valid in the event that:
- the defects are due to damage caused by improper use of the product;
- the product is damaged by the courier during delivery (a delivery method with accessory insurance cover is recommended);
- the product has been repaired or modified by third parties;
- the packaging and original accessories contained in the package are missing;
- the products are devoid of proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice, etc.).
